Compression Springs

Compression springs are open-wound springs that exert a force or load when compressed. While in the industry commonly used form of compression springs is a straight cyclindrical spring, many other froms as conical, barrel or cocave (hourglass) shaped are availabe, with constant or variable pitch, and planin or squared-ground ends are produced by Yayse Springs. Yayse Springs, designs and manufactures springs in such configurations to reduce solid height, buckling or to produce nonlinear load deflections characteristics. Generally in the industry the spring rate of mean dia.and wire dia. is preffered between 5 and 11 at compression springs. Yayse Springs designs springs according to customer needs with it’s own generated spring design softwares.
